The use of this website is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the site, hereinafter referred to as “Terms for the User”. We advise you to read it with attention, since this is a legally binding agreement, which contains important information on our site, and the permission granted to the user and to the members to use it.

1. Right to use the site
Mura Games grants to the user a limited, non-exclusive and revocable authorization to use this site for personal leisure, information, education and communication purposes, subject to all the terms of these Terms for the User. At its own discretion, Mura Games reserves the right to adopt additional rules for any area intended to the community and to subject the access to any other resources of these communities on the part of any individual or group, according to their age, geographic location or other criteria, to deny or restrict the access by any individual or group that does not meet such criteria or by any individual that does not comply with our criteria or rules at any time, and to change or modify the criteria and rules at any time. Mura Games also reserves the right (but does not undertake any obligation), at its own discretion, to exclude any information placed on this site that violates these Terms for the User, and to deny the access of any user to this site, by means of the control and restriction of the IP (Internet Protocol) via system.

6. Collaboration with the compliance with laws, access restrictions

Mura Games reserves the right, without any kind of limitation:

1. to investigate any suspicious violations of the site security or to its information technology or other systems or networks;
2. to investigate any suspicious violations of these Terms for the User;
3. to engage and cooperate with the authorities that control the compliance with the laws in the investigation of these issues,
4. to file a lawsuit against those that breach these Terms for the User within the broadest legal scope and to discontinue this site or restrict the access of the user to the site at any time without prior notice, by any reason and without any obligation toward the user.

Mura Games can ask for the name and email of the users whenever they freely and spontaneously wish to participate in Mura Games community and enjoy the benefits of such condition. 12. Venue, jurisdiction and dispute resolution

Any dispute or claim associated to this site, to its content or to these Terms for the User, which cannot be solved in any other way between the user and Mura Games, shall be settled in the county of São Leopoldo (RS) or in any court under this jurisdiction.

13. Independent clauses

If any provision of these Terms for the User is deemed illegal, null or unable to be complied with for any reason, this provision will be deemed as a clause independent from the remaining portion of these Terms for the User and shall not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining terms of this document. The continuous use of this site after the effective date of any change shall mean that the user has accepted such change. These terms can be changed unilaterally aiming at improving it concerning its understanding, among other things, and the revised terms will become effective on the date they are published on the site.
