Story
Since he was a kid, Andrius lived between two highly different influences. His father was one of the most disciplined officers of the Star Police,
awarded for countless deeds in a brilliant career in defense of space order. On the other hand, his funny uncle Raznik was a renowned trickster, capable of unbelievable feats to spoof any living being, consequently, a shame for his brother.
When he was a boy, he admired all his father’s work and rank in police. However, he thought Zardus assigned him too many tasks just for being afraid that idleness could leave a breach for Raznik to transfer any kind of knowledge on how to trick people.
Anyway, the young man always managed to escape his father’s watch to spend some time with his criminal uncle, whose sense of humor and fatherly behavior transmitted him tranquility.
As years went by, Andrius became a star cop, as his father always wanted. He always had excellent grades in the academy, something that Zardus always insisted with his son, since he would never admit any comment about Andrius having easy access to join the space police because of his father.
This was the start of another splendid career on the family, but keeping an old habit would doom a promising future. Andrius wouldn’t quit visiting his uncle, since nothing more than innocent conversations between two old friends happened on these occasions. Yet, the high council of the Space Police understood it as a severe crime.
The young man was banished from the star police, a fact that left his father in shock and quickly undermined the career of the legendary Zardus. One of the greatest officers of the star police became a weak old man in no time and passed away faster than anyone could ever imagine. It didn’t take long for Migret, his mother, to pass away too, lacking her husband’s companionship.
Such sequence of sad events was too heavy a load for young Andrius, who started to hide from everything and has even considered suicide. Ironically, the source of all troubles, his uncle Raznik, was the one who helped him and gave him the first, and last, serious lecture ever, explaining how he could honor his father instead of tainting the family’s history with a desperate attitude like that.
This was the last time they met. Andrius then decided to wander throughout space, like some sort of guardian, making justice with his own hands, and becoming an almost undefeatable warrior.
On every place the man went by, he managed to improve his combat techniques, earn new weapons. He always left behind a trail of good deed that the star police feared and condemned.
His clothes are an obvious reference to the police uniform, only changing the original colors to darker tones. This is like a daily reminder of his failures and new goals.
Andrius became, eventually, a mix of the best qualities of his two mentors, his father and uncle: a fierce defender of justice and an expert at avoiding being caught by the star police.
Personality
Andrius lives under a strict code of honor. He would never harm a person who seems to be honest or true and simply cannot stand the sight of any kind of injustice. This man always fights clean, never cheating for any reason, and he values actions more than words.
Extremely withdrawn, avoids team work at any cost. The shame he feels for his past is an everyday torment, and the repression of these feelings creates an emotional barrier for any effort of befriending others.
Abilities
The former star cop has an extensive combat training that goes from bare hands to firearms and melee weapons. It has always been very easy for him to assimilate knowledge on this area, so he always tried to combine it with an exceptional physical condition.
During his passage through planet KC-975, near the Ardzuk constellation, Andrius acquired one of the most important items of his arsenal: the dimensional crystal.
With this artifact, he is able to store all his weapons and equipments, in a parallel dimension, having access to them just by touching the red gem that is located on his left shoulder.
An incredible variety of swords, spears, daggers, bombs, pistols and other heavy weapons; almost any kind of combat gadget is stored in there. But even unarmed, he has never been defeated.
